To provide a smooth internet shopping experience, Street Knitted ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in the mail within three business days after the payment is confirmed.

International Shipments

• Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders

• International orders over $300 are subject to review and may be cancelled

• Detailed tracking info is not available for standard international shipments.

• International shipments may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be.

Terms & Conditions

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment.

• Express, 2nd Day shipments are NOT guaranteed.

• The shipping deadline for 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipments is 12 PM Pacific Time.

• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.

• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by one of our customer service representative.

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Street Knitted is closed on weekend and all major holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.

• Street Knitted reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
